Account Conversion Checklist. Keep track of the steps you have completed with this simple check list.
Account Closing Letter. Notify your current financial institution that you are closing your account and would like to receive a check for any remaining balance.
Automatic Payment Transfer Letter. Transfer your automatic payments from your old account to your new Credit Union 1 account. You will also need to complete an Automatic Payment Authorization form to send with this letter in order to provide the necessary information to your vendor to begin having your payments withdrawn from your new Credit Union 1 account.
Automatic Payment Cancellation Letter. Cancel any automatic payments from your old account. You may use this form if you want to use OnLine BillPay to pay your bills instead of using automatic payments.
Automatic Payment Authorization Form. Inform vendors to start automatic payments from your new Credit Union 1 account.
Direct Deposit Change Request. Change your direct deposit from your old account(s) to your new Credit Union 1 account(s).
Direct Deposit Application. Sign up for first time direct deposit of your payroll into your Credit Union 1 checking account.
Automatic Transfer Request. Set up automatic transfers of funds between your Credit Union 1 accounts.
