Yes. In order to avoid delays in accessing the new system, please verify/update your contact information to ensure the information we have on record is accurate by Monday, September 20, 2021.
Existing Digital Banking Users | you will use your existing login credentials to login to the new system for the first time on/or after October 4, 2021, 12:00 PM CST. Then, you will follow the screen prompts to setup your new digital banking experience.
New Digital Banking Users | you will need to download the CU1 Mobile App on/or after October 4, 2021, 12:00 PM CST, and register for digital banking, or register online at creditunion1.org.
Our new digital banking service has one seamless user experience across online and mobile, utilizing a single User ID and Password.

A Secure Access Code (SAC) is a unique, single-use 6-digit code which protects against fraud by safeguarding your online transactions and sensitive information. An SAC is another level of authentication in addition to your Login ID and password, providing you stronger online security.

You choose how you want to receive your SAC: by text, email, or phone. We need your current contact information for you to receive your SAC.

Once you have setup an SAC, you have the option to register your computer or device. Once your computer or device is registered, you will skip the SAC requirement when you log in again. To register your computer or device, click, "Register Device."

Yes, our digital banking service utilizes best practice security services such as HTTPS, TLS encryption, password access, biometrics and application time-out when not in use. Only the devices that you enroll can access your bank accounts and no account data is ever stored on your device.

eStatement history prior to October 1, 2021 will not be available via Digital Banking after September 30, 2021. With this in mind, we recommend downloading and printing a year’s worth of statements for your records before September 30, 2021. This can be done by logging in to Digital Banking and selecting Accounts> Electronic Documents.

Many transactions previously scheduled in the current digital banking system, will be carried over to the new system and processed as normal, however, there are some that will not transfer over and will need to be setup in the new digital banking platform on/or after October 4, 2021 12:00 PM CST. We recommend validating all previously scheduled transactions when you login to the new digital banking platform. Any External Transfers will need to be setup again in the new system.

All previously entered Bill Pay information (i.e. payees, scheduled payments, recurring payments, etc.) will remain in your online Bill Pay profile. No action is required. We recommend that you verify everything once you get logged in.

You will not be able to access Online Bill Pay September 30, 2021 at 7:00 PM CST - October 4, 2021 at 12:00 PM CST. We highly recommend adjusting any payments that are due during our core conversion timeframe to ensure a timely payment.
