Branch Operations: The final day to transact business at D’PUC Credit Union located at 33 S. State St. Chicago, IL will be Friday, September 29th, 2017, closing at 2:00 p.m. Members are invited to use Credit Union 1’s branch at the Thompson Center, 100 W. Randolph St. Suite 208, Chicago, IL, or any of the other branch locations, beginning October 1st, 2017.

Loan & Deposit Accounts:: As of October 1st, members who currently have a loan(s) and/or Share account(s) will have those products converted to similar products on the Credit Union 1 system. The rate and term for each of these products will remain as originally contracted for the remaining term of the agreement. Payments for Consumer Loans can be made at any branch location, online, through ACH using Credit Union 1’s Routing & Transit #271188081, or by mailing your payment to:

Club & Additional Share Accounts: All Christmas Club and Vacation Club accounts will convert to comparable Club accounts at Credit Union 1. Spa Day and Gone Fishing accounts will convert to Secondary Savings accounts at Credit Union 1. Credit Union 1 Club and Secondary Savings accounts are accesible at any time throughout the year, therefore, there is not a designated day that withdrawal checks will be distributed.

ACH Direct Deposit & Payroll Postings: Every effort will be made to ensure payroll distributions are converted properly. There is no action required on your part for this transition to take place. However, we recommended that you verify your payroll deposit and/or payroll distribution with your first payroll in October. This can be verified through Online Express or by contacting our Member Service Department.

Online Express Home Banking: On Saturday, September 30th, 2017 the D'PUC CU computer system will be permanently shut down. You will receive a final statement through the date of conversion.

As of Sunday, October 1st, 2017 Credit Union 1’s home banking service, Online Express, will be available for enrolling via our website creditunion1.org using your new Credit Union 1 account number. Online Express is a convenient way to access your account via the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Via Online Express, you can access other eServices such as: Mobile Banking, Online Bill Pay, eStatements and more!

Online Bill Payment: Online Bill Pay is the quick, easy and on time way to pay your bills with electronic payments. On October 1st, you will be able to sign up for Online Bill Pay through Online Express. Then, setup your payees and schedule a payment. It’s that easy! You can review your payments online, and even view electronic versions of some of your paper bills.

Mobile Banking: With Credit Union 1’s Mobile Banking1 services, you can easily access your account anywhere, anytime through your mobile device, fast and secure. Mobile Deposit2 is a tool within our Mobile Banking App which allows you to securely deposit checks into your account using your camera enabled mobile device. The app is available for iPhone®, iPad®, and devices for AndroidTM.

1-Touch Audio Response Service: As of October 1st, 2017 you can obtain instant account information anytime, any day with a phone call to our toll free 1-Touch service. Use your new Credit Union 1 account number and the last 4 digits of your social security number to access your account via 1-Touch at (800) 252-6950, option 1.

CO-OP ATM Network & Shared Branching: Credit Union 1 participates in the CO-OP Shared Branch and CO-OP ATM Networks which makes it easy to access your accounts wherever you are.

Our members can take advantage of the convenient locations nationwide. With the CO-OP Network there are nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs, more than 5,000 convenient branch locations, and more than 2,000 self-service locations covering all 50 states. Just look for the CO-OP logos.
