Dear Credit Union 1 Members,                                 

Thank you to every member that participated in moving to our enhanced Digital Banking platform. Credit Union 1 is excited to bring our members this new technology. Your patience is greatly appreciated during the transition over this past week.  The updated platform brings CU1 members advanced features as well as more secure technology when managing your account online or using the Mobile App.

When logging in for the first time, once initial security protocols were passed, we requested information that only you, the member could provide. This measure ensures that Credit Union 1 is indeed talking with the correct person electronically. Members with outdated personal identifying information on our system, like email address, mailing address, and phone number, encountered a lock out scenario preventing them from moving forward with the onboarding process.

While going through this platform update, we acknowledge some cases were very frustrating for our membership. By updating your information, this allowed us to truly verify your identity, making your account more safe and secure with Credit Union 1.

We ask that you regularly log in to your CU1 account using the enhanced digital platform, and under the Profile menu choose profile updates to easily notify us when you have a change to your contact information.
