Credit Card Conversion Update Your New CU1 Visa® Credit Card

Credit Union 1 is proud to offer our members a variety of credit card options to best fit their financial needs. Your existing credit card will be transitioned to a Credit Union 1 card for an enhanced credit card experience soon. With this change, you can expect enhanced self-service options, improved security, and 24/7 live agent assistance.

The conversion to a Credit Union 1 credit card will take place March 20, 2026. Prior to this date, CU1 recommends downloading or printing your previous Credit Card statements.

Why is My Credit Card Changing?

 

Your credit card is transitioning to a Credit Union 1 credit card as a final step in the merger process. CU1 is pleased to offer you an enhanced credit card experience that will offer improved self-service options, improved security, and 24/7 live agent assistance.

Your new credit card will be mailed on March 6, 2026, and you will be provided a new account number and expiration date. Expected mail time can be 7-10 business days from mail by date. If you do not receive your new credit card, contact Cardmember Service, to request a replacement card. Credit Union 1 credit cards are administered in partnership with Elan Financial Services—you will receive additional communications by mail from both CU1 and Elan about your new account leading up to the conversion in March 2026.

Change-in-Terms notifications were mailed on January 28, 2026, which includes what your new rate will be.

March 6, 2026

  • New cards mailed to members.

March 18, 2026

  • Last day to make an ICCU credit card payment online or at a CU1 branch.

March 19, 2026

  • Last day to use ICCU credit card.
Everyday Rewards+ Card

What CU1 Credit Card Will I Receive?

 

ICCU Member Credit Cards have been converted to CU1’s Visa® Signature Everyday Rewards+ card. Your current limit and balance will carry over to your new card. After conversion, you can apply for a limit increase at any time. Your current interest rate will be converted to a variable rate that matches your current APR. With this new card, you will have no annual fee. Your previous rewards points balance will appear on your new credit card account.

As soon as you receive your new card, visit myaccountaccess.com/activate or call (800) 553-7650 to activate. After you activate, you can begin using your new card immediately. Remember to destroy and securely dispose of your old card.

 

Payment Changes

Beginning March 20, 2026, you will need to update any recurring payments, bill pay, and automatic billing with your new account number. Your last payment through the ICCU Card Portal must be made no later than March 18 to ensure it posts properly. Your original payment due date may change. If you wish to select a new payment due date, wait until you receive the first statement for your new CU1 credit card, then contact Cardmember service to request a cycle change. Beginning March 20, you may begin paying your monthly bill through:

CU1 Digital Banking

Digital Banking can be used to set up a one-time or recurring payment to your Credit Union 1 credit card. Log in to CU1 Digital Banking then navigate to "Menu", then "Services", then tap the first tile that says "Credit Cards." Finally, select the credit card you want to access.

Automatic credit card payments cannot be converted to your new CU1 Account with Elan Financial Services®. You will receive AutoPay enrollment information after you receive your new card.

Easily Manage Your Cards Online

 

You can manage your new Credit Union 1 Visa credit card directly through CU1 Digital Banking. To get started, log in to CU1 Digital Banking then navigate to "Menu", then "Services", then tap the first tile that says "Credit Cards." Finally, select the credit card you want to access. You will then be able to:

  • View your account balance, recent transactions, and available credit
  • Set up alerts for transaction activity, payment due dates, security, and more
  • Lock and unlock your card in real time
  • Optimize your rewards to earn even more

You can also manage your card directly through the Elan Credit Card app. You will need to create new log in credentials to use the Elan Credit Card app.
