To use Telephone Banking on Credit Union 1’s new, enhanced phone system, you will need to create a new Telephone Banking PIN. Follow the steps below to create your PIN: ​

• Call 800.252.6950.  
• To access Telephone Banking, say “balance” or “transaction history.” 
• You will be prompted to enter your full Social Security Number, which you can either say out loud or enter on your phone keypad. 
• Next, type your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY). 
• You will then be asked to enter your Telephone Banking PIN. 
• If you have not used CU1’s new phone system yet, you will not have an established PIN yet, and will need to create one. To establish a Telephone Banking PIN, press option 1 when prompted.
• You will now be prompted to re-enter your Date of Birth and Zip Code. It’s important that these two pieces of information match what we currently have on file for you. 
• Next, you will be asked to enter your desired new Telephone Banking PIN twice. 

Once a Telephone Banking PIN has been successfully created, you will be prompted to log in with your new credentials. You will then be able to use all Telephone Banking capabilities.
