Protect Your Finances

page-heading-1

Scams are circulating involving text messages and calls

Individuals are impersonating themselves as employees of the Credit Union attempting to validate debit or credit card transactions and obtaining personal information.

Be aware if you receive a phone call asking you to validate a text message or a text message with a hyperlink in it; this is a scam. The text message asking you to confirm the transaction by replying Yes or No, is legitimate, the caller is not.

Please read all text messages from Credit Union 1 carefully. Credit Union 1 employees will never call or text seeking your personal account information or your PIN.
