Lucie Gibbons was born and raised in Rantoul, Illinois. Her family has deep roots in the central Illinois area. She takes great pride in her community and the melting pot that it is and having had one of the largest Air Force training facilities in America at one point.
Lucie began her Credit Union 1 journey back in October of 2015 as the Assistant Call Center Manager. She came to the credit union from a varied background of optical office management and 911 telecommunications. In 2018 she was promoted to Contact Center manager.
Lucie’s favorite part of her position is being able to help all our Credit Union 1 members in various ways. Every day at work is a day to learn something new.
