How to Recover Your Login ID

Forgot your Login ID? Follow the simple steps below to begin the recovery process.

1. For members using a web browser, get started here.

   For members using the CU1 Mobile App, tap Forgot Login at the bottom left of the Log In screen.

2. Provide your personal information that matches what Credit Union 1 has on file including:

   • Last Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Zip Code
   • Social Security Number
   • Email Address
3. Choose how to receive your Login ID. It will be sent to either your email address or the mobile phone number on file with Credit Union 1.
