Shawna has been with Credit Union 1 since 2011.  She started as a part-time teller re-entering the workforce after having two sons.  She has grown through the ranks from a Member Service Specialist to an Assistant Manager and now to a Manager of our Contact Center.  Shawna loves to work with her team and impress upon them the importance of providing great member service because every encounter is like a first impression and we should always be giving an amazing first impression.

When not working, Shawna loves spending time with her husband, two teenage sons, and two dogs (a Chocolate Lab and a Great Dane).  Shawna and her family love spending time outdoors and can often be found hiking and kayaking.
