CU1 Digital Banking will update between September 12 and 13, 2023.

Credit Union 1 is always looking for ways to deliver better banking for all. That is why we are optimizing Digital Banking to meet the latest requirements for the iPhone and iPad. When the update is complete, Credit Union 1 will be able to easily introduce the latest features, enhancing your everyday online banking experience. This update will also offer heightened security.

For many members, this update will offer minimal interruption in your current use of Digital Banking.

Apple Users: Do You Use a Login Shortcut?

For members who currently use Face ID, Touch ID, or Passcode to access the CU1 Mobile App on iPhone or iPad, you will need to recreate your shortcuts after the update. This can be done in a few simple steps, outlined below.

 

How to Recreate Your Face ID or Touch ID Shortcut

  • Open the CU1 Mobile App on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Choose “Face ID” or “Touch ID” under the blue Log In button.
  • Enter your Login ID and Password.
  • For Face ID, hold your device up to your face to register your Face ID. For Touch ID, place your finger on the Home button.

How to Recreate Your Passcode Shortcut

  • Open the CU1 Mobile App on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Choose “Passcode” under the blue Log In button.
  • Enter your Login ID and Password.
  • Create a 4-digit unique PIN.
