Elan Payment Setup Guide

Here are some basic instructions for making a credit card payment.

Access Your Account

Access Credit Card Management
To access Elan Financial Services^® through CU1 Digital Banking, select Visa Credit Cards under the Services tab from the Main Menu.

Interim Manage My Card Screen
Choose Manage My Card.

Note: CU1 will be working to implement a seamless log-in experience from Digital Banking for all members in the coming months.

Login Screen
Type in your Username and Password for the Elan Financial Services portal. If you have not created an account yet, select 'Don't have an account? Sign Up!'

Setup Payment Account

My Account Tab
Choose 'Make a Payment'.

Payments Tab
Choose 'Make a Payment' to make a one time payment to your new CU1 Credit Card.

Set Up Payment Account - Step 1
There are 4 quick steps to complete when making a payment.

Set Up Payment Account - Step 2
Choose where to make the payment from - Checking or Savings.

Enter Routing and your Account Number twice.

Note: CU1's Routing Number is 271188081

Set Up Payment Account - Step 3
Confirm all the information is accurate and select 'Submit'.

Set Up Payment Account - Step 4
The account has been set up. Proceed to add another account or go to the payments screen to initiate a payment.

Make a Payment

Make a Payment - Step 1
If multiple accounts are linked, choose which account to make the payment from.

Select the Payment Amount by choosing Minimum Payment, Remaining Balance, Current Balance or Other Amount.

Select the date you want the payment to be made.

Make a Payment - Step 2
Double check to make sure everything is correct before clicking ‘submit’.

Note: Payments made on weekends, holidays or after 7pm CST will be processed on the next business day.

Make a Payment - Step 3
Congratulations, you've made your first payment!
